eaSteR SUNdaY*

Easter was great!! Taryn, Matt, and Gabriel came down for the weekend and we were all able to enjoy a nice weekend together. We had yummy food and Gabriel got an easter egg filled Easter. We all got up and went to church at Journey Christian Church and then went back to Mom and Dad Ray's and had a great lunch and then watched Gabe "open" his Easter Wagon full of goodies and then we did an Easter Egg "Hunt" for Gabe!! It was such a blast!! Gabriel got all kinds of cool toys from Grandma and Grandad. He got a shovel, a rake, an AWESOME bike, yummy treats, coloring books, crayons, books, a wagon, and tons of other goodies. However... after looking at his goodies for about 10 minutes, he still went right back to his beloved vacuum that he wouldn't leave alone all weekend! haha! Oh well. He really loved the whole thing!! :) Enjoy the pictures!!!

the HAUTE...gLoW PuTt pUtT & Wedding Dresses!!

This past weekend Brian and I took a road trip out to Indiana so I could go wedding dress shopping with Ali!!!! It was SO much fun. It was a real quick trip we got in to TH at 11 AM on Saturday and then left at 930 AM the next day even though we didnt go to bed until 230 that morning!! haha! We got in to the haute and took a swing through the new wal-mart on 46. We picked up a CASE, yes literally, a case of Oliver Wine. Some for Mom Ray and some for us to have for home as well as some Champagne to celebrate Tim and Ali's engagement and the fun festivities. We then headed over to Tim and Ali's new house in Seelyville. It is SO SO SO cute!! 3b / 2ba with a nice backyard and a crazy neighbor who draws very uneven center lines down the driveway with spray paint!! haha! After we got to their house and freshened up we then went over to Ali's mom's house for a yummy lunch and then the gals (Ali, Anne (ali's mom), Adriane (ali's sister), Lorrie (Tim's mom), and myself) took off to look for dresses and the guys (Tim and Brian) went romping around the Haute. Our first stop was at Melanie's Bridal in Riley. We tried on a few dresses but nothing really suited the fancy so we took off to Lucia's Bridal. Well we found a whole closet full there!! After diving Ali in and out of quite a few dresses...she got REALLY excited about 2 dresses!! So we tried them both on a couple more times and she did eventually end up deciding on one. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! She really looked AWESOME!! I can't say anything more about it though JUST IN CASE Tim happens to read this :) Tim doesn't get to see Ali until she walks down the isle!! YAY!!! After all the dress shopping we went back to Tim and Ali's for a little bit then went out ot dinner to Real Hacienda then went and played black light putt putt at Mulligans. It was crazy and so much fun!! We then go to watch some SERIOUS karaoke singers...haha!! Once we had enough of that we went back to Tim and Ali's and played gals versus guys PICTIONARY!! We played that until 230AM!! haha!! GALS WON!!!! ohh yeah!! It was really a GREAT!! weekend. WE had a blast!! We also on the way out of town Sunday morning, got to meet Uncle Rick and Luann at 730 AM! for breakfast at Cracker Barrel!! We were able to catch Uncle Rick b/w shifts and Luann before Church. Luckily Uncle Rick was able to spare some sleep time to have breakfast with us. It was really nice visiting. LuLu is hoping for a ring any time soon, haha!!! So Kurt better get with the program! haha! So all is well in the Haute! Whirlwind weekend, but SO SO SO NICE!!!
